St. Johnians, and St. Thomians too, rallied in Cruz Bay St. John on Saturday, December 10 for the " St. John victory celebration" to celebrate the gubernatorial victory of the de Jongh-Francis ticket in the November election. The governor and some members of his staff traveled to St. John to thank all his supporters on the island.
