The sun may be sizzling, but you can still appear calm and in control. Cool clothing can help you beat the heat at summer festivals and other outside events. Here are some tips to look and feel your best and never let them see you sweat.
Consider natural rather than synthetic fabrics that breathe.Cotton is the coolest natural fabric for the tropics. Never leave home without a hat.A natural wide brimmed straw hat works best to protect you from harmful rays.A cool cotton cap with a wide visor will work too.
No matter where you going take the shade with you by donning a good paid or sunglasses. This is the best tropical investment you can make.
Carry water and drink it too- especially if you're doing any walking or exerting yourself in any way. And fill a spray bottle full of your favorite water and spray your face, neck and arms when the going gets sticky. Never forget the sunscreen - no matter way. Sunburns are definitely not cool!
