New works at Michael Banzhaf Gallery in St. John

St. John jewelery designer Michael Banzhaf is featuring works by artists Kat Sowa, Joan Frarrenkopf, Bente Hirsch and Andrea Leland at Michael Banzhf Gallery in Cruz Bay, St. John.
The island of St. John has been Kat Sowa's home for nearly two decades. Sowa has been acclaimed for her watercolor and oil paintings of land and seascapes as well as her portrait work and "genre" painting. At the exhibit she will unveil her portraits of St. John icons, Sis Frank and Guy Benjamin from her "Elders Series."
Joan Farrenkopf, a native of Ohio, who lives part-time in St. John, is known for her photography, as well as her oils. Bente Hirsch, also resident of St. John, creates lumious watercolor. Andra Leland, an accomplished filmmaker, presents art in vivid pastels.
