Latin and New Caribbean cuisine, fine wines, spirits and the rums of Puerto Rico are showcased during Saborea Puerto Rico, the island’s most extraordinary culinary extravaganza.

The savvy event, which takes place at San Juan’s Blue Flag Escambron Beach, includes tastings from island restaurants and culinary demonstrations by more than fifty culinary personalities, in a state of the art kitchen theater, overlooking the Caribbean sea.
