Soon after Three Kings Day Celebration Old San Juan stages its San Sebastian Festival, in honor of St. Sebastian. This year’s celebration runs January 12 to January 15.
This festival is not for the faint of heart. Don't drive into Old San Juan during festival, and, if you're sensitive to noise, make sure you have some earplugs.
It’s all systems go for fun fun fun. Beer and rum flow freely, along with salsa and merengue. There are also plenty of food and craft vendors, and spontaneous dancing in the streets of course.
